Originally a Fixed Income trader, James has used his market knowledge and industry experience as the foundation for developing his executive search practices - which have seen him receive the accolade repeatedly by ‘AsiaMoney’s Poll of Headhunters’, as one of the top 5 consultants across the Asia-Pacific region.

Based in Toronto, James has lived and worked extensively in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, and is now focused on consulting for Open Banking services globally. He is also responsible for running Caspian One’s executive search practice in North America.
