International Women’s Day: Meet Diana Blankson & the women of Caspian One!

There are many incredible women working throughout Caspian One... from Board-level Director (Nicole Thompson) to Operations, People and Finance (Yana, Rachael, Louise, Hannah), Management and Consultant-level (Dani, Hattie, Steph, Eleanor) and our latest additions for 2022 including Grace, Rosemary and Diana

Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be talking about each of these people individually, exploring the vital roles they play at Caspian One (along with the rest of the team!). In today's article, we are welcoming Diana Blankson - who joined our outcome-based consultancy as Pre-Sales Consultant this January.

Diana is an experienced Account Manager, having spent the past 8 years managing commercial contracts and developing strategic key accounts, executing strategies that maximise profitable revenue from private and public sector accounts.

In just over two months Diana has already made her presence very much known at Caspian One, with her insights and input having a dramatic effect on our consultancy services. Working centrally between our consultants and the Project Hub team, Diana is helping to define processes and workflows as we further develop our outcome-led project delivery service model.

To learn more about Diana and the work she’s doing with Caspian One CPC Consultancy you can contact her directly at, diana.blankson@caspianone.com

Q & A Interview

  • “I graduated from Durham University back in 2013 with a Psychology degree before working as an Account Manager for a software development company for 8 years. During my previous role I completed a Leadership and Management diploma and was responsible for driving the vision and values of the company and initiating employee engagement schemes.”

  • “The challenge, I was looking for the next big step in my career in terms of expanding on my consultative selling skills, but this role also gave me the opportunity to go beyond that and to use my experience to work across different functions across the business to bring teams together and help bring more consistency to how we sell CPC.”

  • “My communication skills and love for structure and process! This role requires a combination of consultative selling experience mixed with process implementation and critical thinking so requires a lot of organisation and analytical thinking which I think I’ve been able to bring to the role so far.”

  • “To be able to look back in 6 months’ time and feel that I have made a real difference in the strategic vision and direction for CPC.”

  • “Become a homeowner, learn a new language and excel in my career at Caspian One (I have a few specific points on how I’m going to do that, but I’ll keep those to myself for now!)”

  • “My parents – from a very young age I’ve always been taught to work hard and stay positive despite whatever challenges are presented to you... and not to take any nonsense from anyone!”

  • “Helping people to be and do their best. I am the kind of person that likes to see other people achieve their goals and be part of that journey.”
